ALUMINUM BOAT PRICE LIST

• Every person onboard must have a PFD in case of an emergency. They will be provided.
• Every child 12 years of age and under must wear their PFD at all times
• All operators must be at least 18 years of age or older and possess a current driver's license.
• BBQ grills and propane heaters are not allowed onboard.
• You will be responsible for all damages and/or excessive cleaning.
• If the boat is damaged, you will be responsible for all replacement costs, labor and lost revenue.
• Pets are allowed on the boat with a $25 per pet non-refundable pet fee. Pets are not allowed on the seats.
• Boats are not allowed to beach on the shore.
• Boats are due back on-time and a fee will be charged if the boat is late.
• Utah law prohibits a person under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs to operate a motorboat and the operator of the boat may not have on open container of an alcoholic beverage while the boat is in operation.
• A wakeless or idle speed is required when operating a boat in a designated slow, wakeless speed area and within 150 feet of another boat, a person in or floating on the water, a water skier, shore angler, launch ramp or dock.  You are responsible for any injury or damage caused by the boat's wake.
• You are responsible for all damages to the propellor.  All boats will be sent out with a working propeller in good condition. Any damage at all including graveling to the propeller will require a $200 replacement fee. Please do not go in the shallow areas.

• Cancellations must be received at least two weeks prior to your scheduled date of arrival to receive a full refund.  Cancellations made within the 14 day period and "no-shows" will forfeit their entire payment.  Date changes and rescheduling of reservations are allowed up until 14 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival based on availability.  No rescheduling of your reservation is allowed after 14 days of your scheduled check-in date. 
• Please note that there will be absolutely no refunds or changes to the reservation in case of inclement weather including but not limited to rain, snow, temperature, air quality and wind.

Our cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation. NO refunds, credits, date changes, rain checks, or exceptions will be made due to weather or environmental conditions, including but not limited to rain, snow, wind, smoke, poor air quality, wildfire activity outside our immediate area, nearby fire restrictions, drought conditions, heat, cold, hail, water conditions, fishing conditions, road conditions, traffic, vehicle problems, illness, family emergencies, power outages beyond our control, or any other event outside Bowery Haven Resort's control. 

• Pets are allowed on all boats and pontoons.
• Pets are not allowed on the boat seats.
• Pets are not allowed inside the Bowery Haven Store or Cafe.
• There is a $25 per pet non-refundable fee per rental.  This fee is separate from the cabin pet fee.
• Pets are not to be left unattended.
• Resort quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Please be aware of barking, especially during this time.
• Please keep all pets on a leash when you are around other guests and pets.
• Please be courteous of other guests and clean up after your pet. Please make sure all waste is in a sealed bag and placed in a garbage can.
• You are responsible for any damages and/or excessive cleaning including excessive pet hair.
• If resort staff receives complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for the pet and you may be asked to leave the resort without a refund.
