FAMILY CABIN PRICING

• Check In Time: 4:00 PM
• Check Out Time: 11:00 AM
• Please check-in at the front desk located inside the General Store.
• Early check in and/or late check out is not available.
• If you will be arriving after the General Store has closed for the night, there will be a note on the front door with instructions on how to check-in after hours.
• If guest has not checked in or notified the resort of late arrival by 12:00 pm the day after their scheduled arrival date, their reservation will be cancelled for the remaining nights and there will be no refund.
• There is plenty of vehicle parking next to the cabins.

• Bedding is provided for the beds only. Bedding is not provided for the pull-out sleeper sofas. Please bring additional bedding if needed.
• Bath and hand towels are provided for 20 guests.
• The kitchen has a sink, stove/oven, two refrigerators and a microwave. There is no dishwasher or small appliances (mixer, coffee maker, etc).  Basic cooking and eating utensils are provided.  If you need any specialty pans or items, please bring them.  We do provide soap and trash bags, but please bring all other paper and cleaning products you may need. 
• We do not charge a cleaning fee and in exchange have a cleaning checklist that must be completed prior to checking out.
• The cabins do have electricity and heat. There is no air conditioning.
• There is no TV service or WiFi and very little cellphone service at the lake.

• Daily housekeeping is not provided. Guests can request fresh towels and linens from the front desk during their stay.
• No smoking or vaping are allowed inside the units or within 25 feet of any door and window.
• Tents and RV's/camping trailers are not allowed in the cabin area.
• You are responsible for any damages and/or excessive cleaning.
• Please keep a watchful eye on your children and pets.
• Quiet time at the resort is from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Please no loud music or parties.
• Firepits and picnic tables are available in the community area for guest use.
• BBQ grills are not allowed on the porches.
• All reservations must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

• Pets are allowed inside our cabins at Fish Lake.
• Pets are not allowed inside the Bowery Haven Store or Cafe.
• There is a $35 per pet non-refundable fee per stay in MountainView and LakeView.
• Please do not allow pets into the cabin unless a pet fee is paid.
• Pets are not allowed inside the bunkroom.
• Please do not allow pets to climb on or sleep on the beds or furniture.
• Pets are not to be left unattended in the cabins.
• Resort quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Please be aware of barking, especially during this time.
• Please keep all pets on a leash when you are around other guests and pets.
• Please be courteous of other guests and clean up after your pet. Please make sure all waste is in a sealed bag and placed in a garbage can.
• You are responsible for any damages and/or excessive cleaning including excessive pet hair.
• If resort staff receives complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for the pet and you may be asked to leave the resort without a refund.

MountainView and LakeView

Cancellations must be received at least 60 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within the 60 day period and "no-shows" will forfeit their entire payment.  Date changes and rescheduling of reservations are allowed up until 60 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival based on availability. 

No rescheduling of your reservation is allowed after 60 days of your scheduled check-in date. No refund will be given for early check-outs.

Notice

Our cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation. NO refunds, credits, date changes, rain checks, or exceptions will be made due to weather or environmental conditions, including but not limited to rain, snow, wind, smoke, poor air quality, wildfire activity outside our immediate area, nearby fire restrictions, drought conditions, heat, cold, hail, water conditions, fishing conditions, road conditions, traffic, vehicle problems, illness, family emergencies, power outages beyond our control, or any other event outside Bowery Haven Resort's control. 

Please keep in mind that when you reserve in advance, you are choosing to reserve a specific date and are accepting the inherent uncertainty of environmental, weather and lake conditions. Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced, and refunds or date changes are not available due to weather, wind, smoke, air quality, changing forecasts, or other environmental conditions. If you are uncomfortable accepting this risk, we recommend waiting to book until you're confident in the forecast, understanding that availability may be limited.

If you would like protection against unexpected weather, illness, travel delays, or other unforeseen circumstances, we recommend purchasing separate trip insurance through a third-party provider, as Bowery Haven Resort does not offer cancellation insurance or exceptions to our cancellation policy.
